Discovering the processing dairy - cheese in all its phases: from the stable to the table ...!
At selected exercises can, every day of the week, enjoy a traditional menu, with at least one dish made of cheese "Casolet."
You can also buy specially priced "basket cheese" with formaggella Casolet of approx. 900 grams with its container and heat 1 kg of Grana Trentino cheese dairies in the vacuum of Terzolas and Mizzen

You can also participate in a varied weekly program that includes:
• Guided tours of the stables and the pastures
• Guided visits to cheese with cheese tasting
